CARBON ZAPP MTBR-E

Due to the use of the modern BRONKHURST system, operating on CORIOLIS technology, the stand has the highest performance, accuracy and testing speed, as well as high reliability of the measuring system.

The MTBR-E is the most innovative standalone diesel workshop bench to date, capable of testing all automotive, commercial, industrial and marine injection systems available on the market.

Testing can be performed both in fully automatic and manual mode using the built-in database of test plans.

  • testing Bosch CR injectors CRI3-25 and CRI3-27 new generation with  NCC and VCC technology

  • testing of Denso EU5 и EU6  systems (Denso I-Art 6-pin)

  • testing VCVs separately from the pump

  • testing and coding GDI  injectors  (in development) 

  • testing GDI pumps  (in development)  

 

The CARBON ZAPP MTBRx stand version allows you to obtain the status of an authorized VDO center (VDO DRS).

Also MTBRx allows  to produce:

  • measuring the injection response time for all systems using the RSP sensor.
  • Valve actuator evaluation via RSP / BIP sensor.
  • regeneration function of the CRDi piezo element.
  • dynamic electron mass (BK) measurement (CRDi, HEUI, EUI / EUP)
  • static electronic mass measurement (DFAP) (CRp)
  • air removal from the piezo element after repair and reassembly (optional)
  • air gap measurement of EU6 piezoelectric element for SVC evaluation (optional)
